CDL

Utah requires drivers to have a CDL with a passenger endorsement if they plan on transporting 16 or more passengers, including the driver. We require all of our drivers to obtain their CDL. To acquire a CDL with a passenger endorsement in Utah you must be at least 21 years old, be a resident of Utah, and have at least one year of driving experience with a non-CDL drivers license. You must also pass the driving test in a CDL vehicle to prove you are able.

Airport Background Check

Because our drivers will sometimes meet customers at the airport, they are required to have an FBI fingerprint background check, and a TSA security threat assessment. They are not allowed to have any outstanding warrants, they must be 21 years of age, and they cannot be on the sex offenders list.
